I thought this was a trusting company how helped women with their self esteem problems but instead they make the esteem level even lower. I was told we I joined that I would pay for 1yr and have access for 2yrs when I call customer service to find out exactly when my last payment would be the rep told me 2003 she also told me that I had a 2yr contract. I asked to be connected to the complaint department and she said I had to tell her what the complaints was. I know that she didn't write it down but I explain what I was told we first signing up and she act as if she wasn't even on the phone but I will find out the next process to they can stop taking my money for some place I don't even attend.
