Ripoff k&b will falsify youre dac and keep youre money!

K&b felt they had the right to keep my 2 final paychecks and also make wrongful and false entries on my dac report. I had given them notice and they couldnt even get me to there only terminal to turn in my truck so i deadheaded up there so i could catch my bus home. So they listed company loss on my dac and costing me the job i was attending oreintation for. And then they decided to add insult to injury and ripoff me over 800.00 dollars from my final paychecks. I could take them to court and win easily but that would cost thousands of dollars and i would still lose. But the worst thing is now im stuck with a damaged work history! This company has only 350 trucks yet has over a 300% turnover rate! So if this will deter any future victoms from this joke of a job perhaps my mistake will not be in vain. Best luck to all drivers!
