You can never speak with an attorney when you call, you are placed on hold for up to 45 minutes, and PLEASE beware of the "contract" she sends for you to sign. Read it carefully, because she is only trying to cover her butt, in case you call the California State Bar, and look closely at her letterhead from the firm, because she is actually the only attorney there who is licensed to practice law in the State of California, oh yes, try to get their local telephone number instead of the toll free number they give you, as they claim they are trying to save you money, because in the long run, once you pay them money, you will not get it back, abd they will do absolutely nothing to earn it.
