Collusion, embezzlement, wrongful debt ripoff

In the year 1983 formed a company called Centralloy Corp. Active doing repair work for STEEL MILLS (LTV) terms of doing business 90 days, brought in a partner name James Sigel formally with Olympic Steel (FOUNDERS SON) also employed by Clifton Steel and owner of Quality Steel. All were suppliers of raw material. Mr. Sigels prime duties was offering financial backing. Not long after Mr. Sigel came on board he started purchasing mat'l under
Centralloy as a debit and invoiced as a credit under Quality Steel. Less than 1 year all remained of Centralloy was massive debt, including IRS taxes. I retained an attorney who wrote up an agreement for Mr. Sigel to be held responsible for all debts in return signed all my shares over to Mr. Sigel. Two years pass and I receive notice from IRS. Mr. Sigel name did not appear on any documents as owner of Centralloy, only my name. My attorney was not able to show documents, since he made a deal with Mr. Sigels attorney and all documents were destroyed. During this nightmare I found out Mr. Sigel as a family member of the owners of Olympic Steel used they're political power and funds to clear his name. Clifton Steel owner (Bill Neides) informed me that Mr
Sigel embezzled funds from his company and prior to that Olympic Steel. IRS knowing Mr. Sigels track record, explained not they're problem and held me liable. I have never been able to recover, even to this day IRS has a hold on my existence. I am 62 years old now and unable to forgive or forget. My revenge using words have failed, with my last breath I will take action as I should have done 20 plus years ago. Justice in this country
is only for the wealthy. Yes you have doumentation of my intent, asked Harry Zuruba (TIGER INDUSTRIES) why they call me scary Larry. I have my sights aimed to complete my destiny.
