I was a loyal employee who was fired by Nell Smith. Micheal Jedlowski hired this psychopath as his sales manager, knowing her daughter worked on the same sales floor. She STOLE sales crashed sales and gave them to her daughter Lannika. She went from a 12,000 dollar a week writer to 40,000 dollars as soon as her mommy became our mgr. She would sexually harass me racially harass all the whites and intimidate all the other managers. She would crash sales right in front of us!!! We complained and complained. NO ONE CARED! On 7/31/05 she gavea "sales beating" telling us"we should not worry about what her and Lannika were doing and to not think she was stupid because she had light skin"I complained to Mgr. Dave Hembree and faxed a complaint to Jedlowski. I was fired 2 hrs later after she told my customers to go to lunch, come back, ask for Lannikka and she would take 20% off their ticket. These customers asked me who this Mgr. Was and I told them the whole story I'm stating here. They said she was completly wrong for doing this"iI had a great report w/them and theysaid they would never come back. I lost it. I told Fat Nell that she would not steal from me ever again. She then told me my services wre no longer needed. I alongw / Terri Davis who was my sales trainer at rhodes, have filed a complaint with the E.E.O. C and are suing jedlowski and Ashley. This "man"needs to be shut down! I do know thatNell Smith has since been fired (about a month after me) and that Jedlowski is getting ready to lose his franchise in the Atlanta market. I hope that he and Bill "Tiny prick"Bedore end up living underneath a bridge together! Any similar stories? Please post!!!
