I too received a letter in the mail stating I won the EuroMillones Lottery in the third catagory as part of their promotions program. There were The letter came in plain white envelope with no return address and a. 78cent stamp from Correos, wherever that is. The information was on plain paper, no professional letterhead. It looked like something I could've printed off myself. This was a red flag. I was told I had won $615,810 US dollars from a total casha prize of US10,468, 770.00 shared among 17 international winners in this category, Congratulations! I was also to give 10% of my winning to Perfect Mark Global as their commisson. I had to claim the money by December 20th or the funds would go unclaimed. The agents name is Clement Blanco, foreign operations manager. I was given a phone and fax number to call. I never called. I was determined to see if this was true before giving out my information.
