Folks:

Have you ever wanted to work for a company who uses people? Do you want to get sued after you leave a company? Well, now you can, by working for Biggs Cardosa Associates.

Folks, I worked a hard three years for these idiots and now I have to pay their lawyers over $16,000 & $7,000 of my money in lawyer's fees for talking about snow and for talking to my brother-in-law. That's the cost of a high end Honda Accord. They have harassed me by threatening to take my professional engineering license away. I designed the Bay Street Emeryville shopping center, which won an award for best new retail development of the East Bay by the San Francisco Business Journal. Also, Bay Street was built on a Shellmound, a sacred Indian bural ground. It was featured in the documentary Shellmound the Movie and also mentioned by Willie Monroe of KGO TV.

Sadly, I participated in this project. And I'm part Indian, a small part.

I guess when you treat good employees by suing them, who needs bad ones! Also, I had received good evaluations by other people in the company - I have the emails as proof. Even Michael Fretz praised my performance 7 weeks before Biggs Cardosa let me go.

Also, I have a signed letter by Mahvash Harms, dated April 27, stating that I was a hard-working, dedicated, resourceful worker who is eager to learn. If this is true, why did BCA fire me? I guess people are naturally stupid.

As for their merketing, Steve Biggs sent an email claiming that if anyone had any marketing ideas or contacts, please let him know. I gave him so many ideas it wasn't even funny. I guess Biggs Laden doesn't remember these things. He's suffering from rolling mental blackouts, in my opinion.

Also, they refuse to pay prevailing wages for their inspector. Just ask Kent and his complaint complaint.

Folks, BCA also sent letters to members of the media, telling them not to talk to me. The stations he sent to include KGO radio in San Francisco. Brian Copeland was told to shut up, as was Gene Burns, John Rothmann, and John Bristow. I'm alson one of the featured callers on their shows. Karel's show has received lots more listeners beause of my calls. And seriously folks, would you rather hire an engineer who solves problems on the radio or an engineer who's so insecure he harasses his former employees after they leave?

Faolks, you may wonder why projects like the Bay Bridge go over budget. It's because engineering firms like BCA employ practices of harassment against their former employees. When I left BCA, Steve Biggs told me that "I didn't fit in, but please keep him in mind for any future work, because you may need us." I learned basically that BCA charges employees for leaving their company. It's the exact opposite of a golden parachute, only you the employee will have to declare bankruptcy.

Now, folks, imagine if you're a client like Gensler, or Rajappan & Meyer, would you like to know where they get the money to cover the lawyer's fees to harass people? I think they get it from them. Also, the public is finding out as they should because they believe they should never do business with BCA. I think BCA = Be Careful Anyone.

Also, many people may not know is that Biggs Cardosa president Steve Biggs donates money to candidates who violate democracy. Let me tell you how: My friend Bill Press wrote on page 268 of his book Bush Must Go that the Republicans stopped the vote count in Florida. Well, one of these people is Duane Gubson, aide to Don Young, the Alaska Rep. Who's a member of the house of Representatives. I posted the link so you can see for yourself.

I guess it must be easier to disenfranchise former employees after you help disenfranchise some voters in Miami Dade County. That's just an opinion.

And who are these lawyers who harass former employees and tell them not to talk to family members? The law firm is called Gordon & Rees. They're a San Francisco based law firm with offices in Los Angeles, Phoenix, Las Vegas, San Diego, Portland, and now New York. The main perpetrator is Andrew Castricone. He's born on Septmembr 30,1963, from Albany, NY. I'm not mad at Andrew perosnally, folks, I'm just mad he's harassing me and telling me not to talk to my family. Andrewd once asked the San Francisco City College where the money was for their athletes. I'd like to ask Andrew where his brains are, if he has any. I wonder how his boss Michael T. Lucey (aka Lucey Goosey) feels when people know his firm specializes in terrorizing former employees for chatting with family members, espeically those who are Hispanic and Muslim, about snow on roofs. I would jokingly call him the founder of the San Francisco Taliban for these unethical actions. They ought to change their name to Moron Sleaze for their weasal-like actions against family members. Judging by the way they act towards me, I bet they are divorced from the spouses. That's just an opinion. I bet they should get a new phone number like Congress has that truly reflects their true nation. The switchboard for Congress is: 1-877 SOB-USOB

If you folks are interested in getting the word out, do it. If you're a law firm trying to get clients, Moron Sleaze would be a place you can steal them from.

This complaint gets updated and retracted when Moron Sleaze and Biggs-iot Car-bozo drops their lawsuit against me. I want to owe nothing for talking to my family. Biggs Cardosa sucks. But I guess people are going to find out, so the campaign continues.
