Took more money than agreed on order confirmation

This website is stealing many many customers' money as there are more and more people making it public how mydv pretends to operate from the UK and in pounds sterling but in fact is a US-base company. Most people, like me, report getting a final order confirmation for goods at the published price.

However mydv converts from sterling to US dollars which always costs more money than the agreed order amount, and also adds a hefty commission charge for currency conversion. There is NO mention of this on its site, and therefore this taking of unauthorised money is illegal and a ripoff. Communication with this company is awful, I had to threaten legal action against them in order to get the overcharge to my credit card account (187!) returned. Many other people are not getting their money back.
