You find an ad in the paper, Manager Trainee $15/hr Will Train. You call the number and the receptionist goes into a spiel about rapis expansion across your state. They have an interview available for that afternoon, or maybe the next morning. Sound familiar?

During your orientation the office manager, or maybe a trainee, tells you how there are two positions, manager and sales. You look at the map with the pins and the fire articles on the back wall. They show you why Halon is better than a dry chemical fire extinguisher.

You're interviewed and hired. I'll bet they asked you if you could make your own desicions. You pay $75 for a background check. You go to your initial training, probably on a saturday morning, and pay another $95 for a kit deposit. The "regional director" speaks to you.
