Ripoff over charge and keep me on a report I never signed

I Tried to notify this company or dispute them on my credit report and it keep being confirned. First of all, I never signed to be a co-applicanr for this particular credit card from associate.

Secondly, from my understanding, The balance was suppose to be in the high fourv hundreds (480). Now they have the balance as 3,352. The credit limit was $500 and that never was surpassed.

Another thing, they don't give you no contact number to call them. Plus, I want proof that I suppose to give them my money.
