Ripoff, abused & mistreated, sales

Ibought my scooter about 6 or 7 months ago, and the first day it was on sale, I went their and it was sold out, so then i decided i would just get a rain check and wait another week or so.

So i went their again, and i asked the same guy i did before where it was and he knew where one was and when i got it, the box was wrinkly, partly opened, and looked liked someone had hit it with something.

I checked everything out inside of the box and it all seemed okay and that every part was still their, so i rode my scooter around and around and in less than a month it started to stall, slow down, and go fast again and things like that.

So i had my cousin look at it because he was a technicain and the fuse was broken so we installed another one with the extra pieces they provided me and we installed that new one and we also saw that somehow the metal melted away and was not connected to the fuse part.

One of the connections to the battery was disconnected and wouldnt stay on. So my first gear worked but not my second, and i repeatedly tried to fix it but it was no use.
