Ripoff and Black Mailing

I filed bankruptcy back in March 05, and the bankruptcy was discharged or approved in June 05. Couple of my credit card accounts were sold to given to these guys, and they were still in my credit file even by November, after 6 months. When I called Palisades LLC number they guy was yelling at me and telling me that "you people owe us money and we can whatever we want to you". I dont understand what did he mean by "You people", did he mean only me or my whole religion creed "Muslim" so that was upsetting for me to be addressed like that. I took care of that by yelling back at him, he gave me another Phone number of Wolpof inc. One of their own sub company because their voice and accent and style was the same. That guy and Wolpof confirmed me that he does not have any entry of my debt to his company no more because of my bankruptcy notice by the court to Wolpof. And he directed me to call back to Palisades LLc again.

I called Palasides again right away, talked with Edgar with the same foreign accent, and he gave me his fax number and asked me to provide him the proof of my bankruptcy by sending him all my Dock list of my bankruptcy documents to his fax number and courts' discharge letter to him and that then he will remove that entry from my credit file.

Today I called that Palisades LLC again after sending them the requested documents and got yelled back from some of their So called "Customer Service Specialist" and she told me that they own the debt and that they can do whatever they want with it and whenever they want. She was directing me back to Wolpof company again. I told her that Wolpof do not have any of my record because they were notified by US bankruptcy courts, but she started to yell at me using very nasty language.

I am planning to put a lawsuit against that company because I have provided them with all the documentary proof and my bankruptcy was approved by US bankruptcy courts of Sacramento. And that company is a kind of Harrasment.
