Ripped off in Nebraska! Ripoff

A young gentleman who said he's taking a summer break to raise money stopped by our home, among others in Lincoln Nebraska selling these magazines. I felt shady about it at first, but my husband thought it would be a good deal. We paid for one subscription thinking we were going to help out a good cause. This gentleman (don't even want to call him that!) was from New York according to him and was a car mechanic.

We placed the order in August, it's now November and my son who loves airplanes is still waiting for his magazine!
