Ripoff dishonest pay practices and employee mistreatment

I am a current employee of Telatron. I would like to start off by saying I am very curious as to how this company is still in business. It is run in such a poor and ineffecient way I'm surprized they are able to even pay the electric bill. I have been there about four months and my paycheck has been incorrect all but three times and we get paid weekly. You get 3 minutes of break time for every hour you work.

When you have a problem with your pay you either have to stay after your shift to argue with them, usually over the course of several days to get it corrected or you have to take it out of you break time. As I said it's three minutes per hour. Does'nt sound to bad right? Well, now consider that every time you have to use the bathroom, blow your nose, or get a cup of coffee it is deducted from this time. You get paid an hourly wage and also commission for your sales.

I have been there almost four months and have gotten B payments for two sales. The company says those are the only two loan applications that have been returned. Do I have any way of checking on this? No. I am at the mercy of the company. They are the only ones who know if these have been returned and then they pay you. If I have only had two applications returned in four months don't you think they would have fired me or atleast had a discussion with me about me poor performance? No.
