Ripoff and mistreated elderly mothe

My elderly mother who is suffering from lung diease lived with my brother and his wicked girlfriend Sally in CA for 3 months. They repeatly screamed at her, disrepected her and basically treated her like a dog until she felt so bad about herself she decided that she wanted to end her life.

While she was in intensive care my brother stole her belongings and money and decided that she couldn't even return home to pack her own stuff. He picked her up from the hospital and put her on a plane for Iowa where she now lives with me. He did not want her to pack her own belongings so he could pick and choose what he was going to send, like stealing tools, even her tv remote control! He took $5100.00 out of her account without her permission and then charged her for things like $500.00 to clean his bathroom. The $100.00 of that he never accounted for. He kept her cell phone and broke the contract and then charged her for it. He sent all of her bills back to the company saying address unknown even though he knew full well where she was living, costing her several late fees.

My mom was a mess when she got here, literally shaking every morning from months of being screamed at for things like not taking care of my brother's girlfriends husband who is like in his 40's and my mother is nearly 70 and seriously ill. When she came she had pneumonia. Yes thats right my brother is living with a married woman and well its not the point, its really a jerry springer thing happening there.

The point is that they took advantage of my mother and mistreated this sweet old lady and then stole money from her when she is living on just social security. Both my brother and his girlfriend work and are not disabled and can work for what they want they do not need to steal it!
