Hmmm, the back of the letter says i do not need to buy a report, but the front says i do, the back says it is not a lottery or sweeps, but the front says i won a sweeps i recently entered. The back also says this "may " be creative advertising. Hmmm, im lost, are they a sweeps? Or marketing, if they are marketing, what are they selling? There is no phone number or web site, looks to me like the only rule is to send 19.95, made out to HPR, well, if anyone knows what this is about let me know. There is Nothing on the internet about them. Bye ya'll, safe internetting to you all!
