Capital Financial Card
They offered a major credit card, I received a useless card to buy from old catalogs, plus they took #212.95 out of my account

I received a call from capital financial card, telling me that I my credit was accepted for this "credit card". The call continued and they asked me for my account number, which I gave thinking that I was going to obtain a real credit card, authorizing them to withdraw $200 from my account, plus $12.95 for fast delivery.

After that I received a mail with an authorization card, with some kind of policy which showed some confusing information about the rates of the card, which they asked to be responded as soon as possible. When I received that, my alarms were turned on, so I called to the number 1888 281 6710 to ask about the confusing information (specifically toward a 35% downpayment without explanation), but they just answered that I just had to pay 35% in cash and then the rest was from the money that i alredy paid to them.

As a result I signed the paper and mailed the signed letter, and after some days I received a card, but it wasn't what I was expecting. I received a package with the card and a catalog to buy from, and the web adress where I can buy from. That is completely useless for me, and that is not what I was asking for.

So I called them back, and I told them how I was feeling about that, but they just answered me to write a letter to their adress, telling them all that stuff. So I did it but I haven't received any response. I told them that I needed an inmediate refund, and that I was completely dissatisfied, and feeling stolen by them. I want my money back, and i want them to stop doing business with these cheating intentions. They should pay not only my money back, but more for stealing from good people.
