THIEVES - This place is the biggest scam!

I submitted a parts inquiry on the net and got a "polite" reply from these guys. So I ordered the axle I needed for $128.00 and the sales lady, Mel, said she would have it to me in Florida within 12 business days. She took my visa # and the money was eagerly withdrawn in 1hr.

15 days later I called for a couple of days trying to get a hold of someone to find out where the part was. They kept telling me, "I'ts being relocated." Someone finally got tired of me calling and just told me I will have it in another week.

Two weeks later w / no part in sight I called back, and again they told me that it was being "relocated". I finally had enough and asked for a refund. But of course no one I talked to could give me a refund. They kept sending me to their "booking" department where no one answers - no one returns calls.

I've been trying to get the part for a month and a half, and trying to get my money back for weeks now. They will not get away with this. This is only the first step.
