Has anyone else tried to buy a motorcycle from this person, alan Sumner, Ripoff

I saw a motorcycle while seraching on recycler.com
for a motorcycle. I found a 2002 Suzuki: GSX-R1000
for $2700.00 (*I included the orginal email he sent me) To be honest deep down I felt this was a rip off but I figued it was just nerves my 1st bike and buying over the net it was alot of money.

I went to the site and it all seemed legit the verisign symbol with I did click and it says it was a legit site. There was a problem when I wired the money and I thought it funny that the escrow service told him it there was a problem instead of me. I figured yahoo may have been putting the notices in the bulk mail but I found none there. The money was wired to Budapest, Hungary
to a Dustin Shorter, who supposedly works for the escrow service.

I would like any information or help on what I can do to find this person (s) and get my money or the motorcyle (and all the accessories he stated) either one I don't care. I done some more research on the webmaster that hosted the site (needless to say www.e-tradingsafe.com is nolonger there) and this is what I was able to find using http://samspade.org/.

I am glad you are interested to buy the bike. It is a great 2002 Suzuki: GSX-R1000, in mint condition. I must sell it now because i must leave the country asap.
I am orriginally from Hungary, Europe but i have been living here in US for the last 4 years. Now i have to moove back home and i have to sell the bike.
I am selling it for a low price because i must close the deal soon, since i am leaving in 2 weeks and i want to ship it before i leave. Bike has black frame sliders for drop protection. Cost $49.95.
The tires are in excelent shape and have no unusual wear. No burn outs.
I will include the matching suzuki gsx-r shoei rf-900 helmet size large, $495 new.
