If you are an Apartment Locator/Real Estate Agent and are looking to take clients to great properties in the Austin Area look no further than to Larry Peel Company. Larry has won awards for being environmentally sensitive and being a great builder in Austin for years. But one thing you need to know is that Larry Peel and his staff HATE locator/agents. They don't like to pay us when they say they will. We work for a living as do many other people in this world and paying our bills on time makes everyone happy. However, Larry likes to torture us by not paying us for 60 to 180 days after we have brought good quality clients to his communities. What do we tell our creditors and landlords when we cannot pay on time?"Oh, I'm just waiting on a check to come." Next thing you know we are being evicted or having damage done to our credit rating. Thanks Larry! Here are just a few words from others who share my frustration:
"and please don't lease nalle woods please. It's just a matter of time until they jerk us around over there too. They caught up their delinquents but these people seriously don't have any respect. It's maddening."
"Word is Camden bought Gaines Ranch, tell them Peel still won't tell us when they are going to pay our old invoices and that we're not coming until we have our money. That Peel has seriously mistreated us."
"Won't give us an answer on our 120 day invoices, do not use them at Gaines or Nalle Woods if you ever want to see the money. Holler at them if you have money out!"
When will all this madness end? This is so sad for such an honored builder and his management company to misteat good people. Larry has brought this upon himself and has nobody to blame but his own staff. If you have had a similar experience with Larry Peel and Co. Please feel free to leave a comment or rebuttle. This is a commuinity effort to get him to pay ontime to good hard working people.
