Ripoff dishonest business practices

On Sept. 24 I had a young woman come to my secured apartment building and worm her way into my apartment. I finally agreed to buy a magazine to get her to leave. After she left I read these reports regarding non-delivery and decided to cancel my order. According to the information on the order I had 3 days to get a cancelation order postmarked.

Two days later on Sept. 26 I had a certified letter postmarked and sent to the company. They refuse to pick up the letter at their post office, despite notification that the letter is there. They also do not answer their phone despite repeted attempts during their "business hours".

I just want my refund and to be done with this shaddy company yet they refuse to comply with my repeted attempts at communication to resolve this issue.
