Stole my $119.90! Claimed they would refund back in May. It's October 1 and no money yet! E Canada

I recieved a phone call regarding winning some movie tickets and that all I had to pay was 3.95 to for shipping. I would be enrolled into a program that would refund movie tickets that I used once I turn in proof of purchases. Once the trial period for the program was expired, I would be charged for $119.90 if I did not cancel first. Well I cancelled before the date and they still took the $119.90 from my account. They claimed I would be refunded, even gave the BBB a statement that my refund was in process. From a request made in May until now October I still am calling them requesting a refund that is STILL being promised to me within 14 business days every time I call - that's 84 days of processing so far. DON'T let them fool you!!!
