Ripoff

My Husband and I order the Cybersonic Thoothbrush system being advertised on TV by Robert Eurich. The product cost us $109.70 with tax shipping and handling. The product worked for about 1 week, so we returned it the same way it was ship to us. After many calls to them always promising a refund but never receiving one. They credited our account $7.00 and refused to give us the rest of our money, they informed us that they would send us another system, we told them we did not like their product and that we wanted a full refund as stated in their advertisement.
They told us to bad that they would not refund us our money.
We are disputing this with our credit card company and they will not get away with this, but I feel bad for those who pay in another manner that will be more difficult to get their money back. Please be aware af these people they are a ripoff!!!
