Ripoff... Was charged a fee that was deducted from my checking account yet never got a card

I sent the forty-three dollar processing and startup fee for a credit card through this company. The check cleared through, my bank, although I have yet to get it back in the mail, yet I have still not received a card.

I want either a legitimate credit card from this company or my money back. If this so-called company is conducting a nationwide scam they need to be officially reported and stopped.
