Eaa., pma ripped off, zero customer service ripoff

Have called, e-mailed, left messages, tried to send a fax but the fax number is always busy. The message on the answering machine says hours are 9-5 but i have been caling for months and i have only once been able to actually speak to a person. I paid $40 for a magazine subscription back in december; to this day i have not received it, nor been contact by them about it. I gave this out of the kindness of my heart to help out the man who came to my door however i am quite upset at this point and would not recommed that anyone give to their cause. Be carefule, they may be using different names as well.
