I recieved a certificate in the mail for a $39 dollar membership fee, and then I would recieve a $5000 dollar credit card limit. I then checked and tried to find the web site, there was none. Then I found the rip off web page, and I said to myself if they didn't get a credit card then I will not get one. Theses people should be put under the jail!!!
