Airtech Distributing
Scam you into thinking you have a high paying job. Ripoff

Miscellaneous

If you see an add for a customer service rep w / starting pay at $2,400.00 per month do not call the add. They promise to pay you $2,400.00 per month with out question as long as you meet on or two guidelines.
1. Do a minimum of 12 customer shows per week for the month.
Or
2. Do a minimum of 48 shows in one month.

To get your weekly pay you have to sell the product which is nothing more than a high end vacum cleaner. You get $200 per machine sold at "full boat"."Full boat" is a price tag of $1,908.00 for the machine. Anything lower and you start losing money down to $50.00 for your cut of the "pay share."

Ok, I know that so far it doesn't sound too bad huh? Well I had worked for the company for 3 and a half weeks and had not sold one machine. I had done my minimum shows and was excited that I would be getting $2,400.00 for pay. One day my manager comes to me and says I would like to put you in our M.I. T (manager in training) program. She then puts a piece of paper in front of me which tells me that I'll get a higher percentage of the sell and that I don't have to do a minimum amount of runs anymore.

Cool so I sign the paper. The next day I went and asked when I would be recieving my check for the $2,400.00 at which point she now informs that I am no longer eligible for the $2,400.00 because I am M.I.T. The paper also just happens not to mention that fact and when I point it out she says it must have been accidentally left out of the paper and she would have it fixed by her boss asap. I don't know about you but I need money to pay for my bills so I promptly told her where she could shove her job and quit.

On top of not getting paid you also use your own vehicle, pay your gas, and the only way to get reimbursed for gas is to get refferal appointments from people who you do shows for.By the way the customers usually don't know that they are in for a 2 hour long presentation when you show up they think they are getting either free coke (soda pop) for nothing or a $500.00 shopping spree for scratching a "lottery ticket" off. Please do not work for this company.
