I was told that i was elgible to receive federal grants up to 12,500 if i had filed my taxes for the past five years. They already had all my personal information, that's how they were able to contact me. They obviously have access to some sort of database so consumers beware. I went to their website while i still had them on the phone. It looked so official and convincing.

They took 29.95 from my bank account. They sent me a small box full of grocery coupons and a thank you letter from an address stated:

FIRST NATIONAL BENEFIT 8350 Wilshire Blvd Suite 200 Beverly Hills CA 90211. I immediately called the number stated on the thank you letter. The woman on the other end told me i was not getting my money back and i should have thought about that beforehand. I notified my bank of their fraudulent activity and urged them to go to their website. These people are making it detrimental for honest on-line merchants.

I also must add they use the same number-1-800-410-1682 regardless of the address they use. They claimed to be risk free and also gave me a back up number of 1-800-923-8939. I hope this information is helpful.
