Site Gurantees Payment. Deleted my Account. Refused to pay. Defrauded me. Charged a fee and no refund.internet

I joined these two programs over a year ago. There is a 100% payout guarantee on the sites. There is also a 100% satisfaction guarantee on the sites. These sites offer to pay you to surf a set number of page views each day and you are supposed to be paid 1% of your membership level.

You are allowed to compound your earnings to increase your level. I did this and compounded to reach higher earning levels for over a year.

Then on or about May 1 I requested to be paid. I had Around $400.00 in earnings from the cashitz site and around $300.00 in earnings from the Surfwize site.

They refused to pay. They are falsely advertising these programs and might be paying a few select members but they did not pay me and I know of others that have not been paid either.

When I posted on some forums that I was never paid as guaranteed, they deleted my accounts at both these sites.

I have an email from Penny Westhead that states that they do not have to pay me a cent.

Note that I began requesting to be paid on aroung May 1. They have refused to honor the guarantees and pay anything to me that they owe.

They also charged an administration fee around the middle part of June or early July of $10.00 for each site. This was to enable them to pay the members. That did not take place and they have not refunded the fees to me either.

These sites are scams and these owners are criminals. They need to be stopped from stealing money from people.
