PC & S Partners, Monte Carlo Development Rob Ross Dishonest and Deceptive Trade Practices to Get People to Invest in an online casino and People To work to Get Investors

I worked for this company under the direction of
Robert Stanley Ross, who acted like a respectable business man until I was paid with a check that the funds were not available to cash. I found this out when my bank where I had deposited it returned it and the bills I paid with it paid but not without several overdraft charges.

Mr. Ross claimed he did not even have the money to make good on the check and later stated that it was not his check to have to make good on. He hired a few employees only to let them go and later attempt to not pay them. I worked an additional 3 weeks without pay only to insure that I would be getting paid as soon as Deal#1 went through, and knowing if I left I would not see a dime.

This company is a Venture Capital company who sells anything they can make money selling. I would be ok with them aside from the payment part had I later not come to find that the investments people would make were being offered to them with the knowing intent to defraud them. This was not their 1st casino investment deal and the last one none of the partners made any money with and lost 100% of their investments, but this guy lives in a nice place, he and his wife drive nice cars and he claimed he could not afford to even advance me $10 of the monies owed to me, yet he thought he was being nice going to Dunkin Donuts every day.

All I asked for was for gas so I could continue to come to work. He paid me finally but in 3 separate checks made out to cash for what he stated would save me the taxes. Everyone works as an Independent Sub Contractor so he don't have to pay the taxes anyway and I was then forced while going directly to his bank (Bank of America) to cash those checks before they to would bounce, to pay $5 per check to cash them. This is another scam that next should be reported on the bank.

He told me at the last moment that I should know by now that my services can no longer be afforded and he also stated that had the 1 deal not gone through he would not have been able to pay me for the weeks he owed me for. When he was asked for the bank fees and such that I received from depositing the check that his "Silent Partner" Mel Web had written to me from Checkmate Financial Inc., that came back NSF he stated that was not his check and therefore not his responsibility to pay me for the fees and such I lost. He uses deceptive advertising to recruit new employees stating in his ads to call Mr. Cash or Mr. Green. It is Rob Ross! Don't work and surely Don't Buy.
