Ripoff, Credit Card Fraud

I got back from a vacation and checked my credit card statement, lo and behold I found the following charge:

07/28 kc softwarecom debit $9.95

I did not make this purchase, and I will be reporting it to my credit card company shortly. Unfortunately, this is the second time this year I've been a victim of credit card fraud.

I don't know if these people really took my money or not, but someone charged my account without my permission. This is ridiculous.
