Ripoff

My rent didn't get paid many times on time, my car payment fell behind but Roni Lynn Deutch got her payment the first of the month regardless! And now after what seems like almost a year that I have been waiting I am told by the telephone answering consultants that the IRS wants the offer and compromise REsubmitted jointly insteady of separately! Shouldn't they have known how to submit it or at least the best option?

There was one offer submitted for my husband and one for myself as we have only been married for 3 years and the debt goes back to before we were married. Then I get a letter from the "attorney" who says that it was denied but as a "courtesy" they will resubmit it and that I should await further correspondance as to what will AGAIN need to be supplied!!!

I am tired. I don't have anywhere near the kind of money the IRS is asking for, was 38,000 now who knows!!! I need to work overtime to catch up my bills but can't because that is considered "expected" income but yet my electricity will be cut off, car payment is behind, etc. I have become ill from the stress - Bell's Palsy last November, asthma, chest pains! My husband can't work, my kids need food, clothing, and shelter. What I was trying to avoid, bankruptcy, now I am wondering if that would't be better. My debt won't be wiped out but at least my livelihood would be protected. I am so disappointed and furious!!
