Ripoff The oldest scam artist!

One 7-14-05 I receive a very friendly call from a man named "Danial Haar" (1-800-508-1835 EX 205) This was not the first call i received from john becks office. I already turned them down serveral time in the past 6 months.

Anyway, i dont know what was so different about this call but, i listen for the entire 60 mintutes.

I WAS TAKEN BY JOHN BECK COMPANY FOR $2230! I know that this is lower than others but it was all i had in my credit card. Danial used nice word to sell me. I asked him how much? He said, dont think of it as cost, but as an investment. Bull. He also "guarenteed" me than i would make my money back on one sale. I sked how? (because i spent all the money on the course) He said that i would be using other peoples money.

As the call went on i was scared at first. (i mean, i am only 20 years old and was looking for a real business to start) I told danial than i did not have the Initial cds and books that i ordered. (i sold them on eBay) LOL.

He said, well the information is great but in order for you to get all the knowledge of the market you need a mentor. I thought, sure, the more money you invest in education the better the results will be. WRONG.

Well after i agreed to the mentor package he transferred me to a lady who obtained my information. And she said she would be recording the message. And once she did she asked me, "Did danial every promise any income or earning potenial?" i said YES, but she said in order for us to process payment i NEED to say no. (i should have hung up the phone right there, but i did not)

Well the materials arrived quickly and i made the mistake of signing and faxing the "contract" back to them, but after reading the contract i dont think that it will stand up in a dispute.

And one day after my first coaching lesson i KNEW something was wrong. Because my "coach" only told me things i already knew and pointed me to website i already visited. (i was suppose to be directed to "private", "rescrited" sites. NOT eBAy, and BID4ASSETS!

On 7-22-05 i filed a dispute with my CC company, and with others: FBI, fraud.org, UTAH commerce, Wisconsin AG.

So my question to everyone is, WHat do i do next?

Why is the address that i received form Mentoring of American different that everyone elses?

My letters and boxes say AMERICAN FORK UTAH, not provo, UTAH. I guess the company changed locations.

I was going to send the "study" material back but i dont want to mail to be undeliverable. Should i sent the materials back?

If anyone want to do a class action against them COUNT ME IN.in fact, i would pay $1000 in order to help shut them down. I just dont want to see any other DREAMERS struck down my this company.

I am waiting for them to call back and talk to me (they dont answer the phone and just hang up when i call now) I want to "give them hell" for all the trouble they caused.

As with many of the readers of this site, I READ TOO LATE, Oh well, i am in good spirits, and WILL NOT roll over on the situation. I am willing to fly out to utah and Kick some A$!!!

I guess that is all for now, I will keep everyone updated with my pending disputes.
