Took money out of our account without permision Ripoff

I got a call from a lady trying to get me to sign up. After telling her several times that I did not wish to sign up, I hung up. I then got a call back from her boss.

Within a month I had a charge for $49.95 taken from my account. We are a one income family so we have to stretch what money we have. Needless to say this charge caused several overdrafts.

The bank refuses to help us. Not their problem we are told. We have 30 days to pay the bank or we will be taken to court.

This company promissed to send us a refund check. We will see if we get it. But this does not take care of the overdraft fees we now have.

My husband and I are now stressed to the point we fight over this. Nice way to celebraite your 1st anniversary.
