Received pre-approved ripoff gold card letter from

I mailed this company a one time fee of $37.00 for this gold card which First National Credit claimed I was guaranteed to receive since I was pre-approved. The money I mailed to them was suppose to pay for processing and shipping. I did not notice it did not have a phone listed or I would of known that something was not right. However, after many weeks of waiting I realized it was a rip-off. Even after all this they still keep mailing out these letters to all of my family members. My thoughts are someone should of already stopped this people from doing these mailouts. Thank you for your time.
