Ripoff

I never applied for this supposed Credit Card and received a bill in the mail yesterday for $175.00. I called them and told them I never applied and did not want their card, which in fact, I never received.

The woman I spoke with told me she would cancel/close account but it would be on my credit report!!!

I told her that I never applied and therefore I do not want this on my credit report. She told me it had to go on the report. I told her if I see this on my credit report, my attorney will be in contact with this company...

She was very rude and I cannot believe that this is allowed in our country.
