Liars a misleading telemarketing scheme Cowards, they will not answer my calls or return them. E-mail responses never satisfactory ripoff District Columbia

I too fell for the National Small Business Alliances offer of $8000.00 credit. My business was slow when the offer came to us. The telemarketer informed us we were pre-approved for the $8000.00 credit. I thought this was great, we could use this to purchase a few suppiles, etc. However, what the telemarketers don't tell you on the phone is that the credit is only for use with the companies they are in business with (purchasing computers, taking trips, etc.).

I requested to cancel my membership on 03/29/05 when I received the portfolio. I sent the portfolio back to them certified mail with a date stamp of April 12. I've called many times trying to locate my refund. I never speak to an individual I have to leave messages for them
to return my calls, which they have not!

I've e-mailed members@natlsba.com requesting my refund and there has been no satisfactory response. I'm filing my report with you the "Usa Consumer Complaints.com" and I'm also contacting the Better Business Bureau. This is ridiculous!
