Ripoff, I canceled it & still order went thru, fraudulent, & dishonest billing

This company is dishonest and are liars. I went thru the magazine bs and talked to the super. Afterwards, i called back a few minutes later. I talked to da same person, transferred me to another person, and checked da computer. I think her name was Racheal. I heard typing and she said it was all done and that my order has been canceled.

A couple months later, i receive this bill about the order. I called 888-702-0927 and declared my situation. The associate said that they had no record of me calling other then the day i first called them and got the order. Hmm, i called a few minutes later on dat same day and they dont have a record of me calling for the second time, but have one of me calling the first time. Dat is bs! I know they have me on recording because they said they would record it for purposes unknown.

I said to cancel it, again, but they said it already went thru. Well, cancel it again. The only thing they could do was spread out my payments and dat i have to pay $268.23 after the four year service. This company is ripping me off. Please i need anyones help to help me catch this company red-handed.
