I recieved a phone call from First National Benefits claiming I was "entitled" from the Government, $12,500 dollars for being a hard working honest tax payer.

This turned out to be completly missleading and false.
The paper work and information has not been mailed and the funds for this "entitlement" was taken out of my checking account to the tune of $29.95 initially, and an additional $299.95 after review of the materials if you wanted to participate. WHAT MATERIALS??? I have not recieved anything except a single sheet of paper telling me they were going to take the money and send the materials, RIPOFF. I was told by phone the materials would take another 2 to 4 weeks. This process is already two weeks old.

I phoned the comapnies 800 number, at first I was told I could not get my money back by someone who hung-up when I asked to speak to someone who spoke clear english. I called back to talk to the manager and was told to call back after 11:00 am, this was at 9:15am 06/13/05.

Scam, scam, scam watch out!!! Watch out!!!
I am working to have my funds reinbursed! I will keep you posted on the results
