CCA First National Card ripoff SCAM fake credit card? 1443 Entries Found on this website, why haven't the Nevada authorities done something to stop this rip off business. Las Vegas Nevada

My boyfriend recived one of these "merchant credit cards" today in the mail. It says he is approved for a maximum of $6,500 of credit. After he got through reading it, I took a look at it.

I had a "weird" feeling after reading it. Something just did not add up to me. I know he has not signed up for anything like this and why would someone give so much credit to a 20 year old college student (with basically no existing credit)?

I asked what he thought about, he seemed to think it was legit... Oy!

I am so glad I decided to reserch this! Thanks to this website I now have proof this a SCAM!

I read in the fine print something that sounds very "odd". It says " YOU MAY DECLINE ENROLLMENT BY MANUALLY SIGNIG AND RETURNING THIS LETTER." Then at the bottom it states; " By signing this letter, you ackowledge that you recived and read all disclosures and agree to all terms and conditions in your cardholder agreement".

Umm ok is it just me or are they TRYING to trick or confuse you into signing up for this crap?

*I do have one question what should my boyfriend do about this? Throw the card away? Or does he need to keep as a record? Can anyone help?
