I received a program that was 100% different than the ad! Ripoff

Well I received A Sales letter Stating a Wealth Program, that offered a 100% Money back Guarantree? After 90 days. I purchased on 4/11/05. And sent it back on 4/16/05. The information was about a Out of Date Mail Order Program. I never received my refund in full? I contacted the BBB, The U.S. Postal Inspection Service and I did receive a check for $25.00 My purchase was $35.00 and I payed postage to send the package Back. So I hope you will contact this Adam Markman? And put a STOP to there SCAM.
