I have signed up 4 times with 247downloads.com and have never received username or password any of those times except when my husband deleted the first one accidentally.

I had a telephone number for them, i called left message, no response.

I tried to contact number again, all i got was a message saying goodbye.

I suppose that means goodbye money too. What can we do?
