First National Benefits
Ripoff dishonest & fraudulent money was taking out of my account

I recently received a call from First National Benefits telling me that within 2-3 days I would be receiving $12,500 in my bank account with an $100.00 emergency cash. It's been over 3 days and I'm still waiting for my money. I was never told that I would have to apply for the grant or anything like that.
The one time processing fee of $29.95 was taking out of my account on April 30. I received a letter from Erika Roberts, Director of Customer Service stating the total opposite of what the representative told me.
I called them the same day I got my letter to cancel. Cancellation number MD351. I explain to Monique that the representative never told me anything that the letter is stating and she is taking that I can't get my money back which the guy never told me about either.
