This so called breeder is a puppy mill. They except money from buyers and then send other dogs which were advertised to the buyers. Buyers then can't receive a refund for the returned dogs. The pups are most likely being smuggled illegally in via the Mexican border from places in South America such as Argentina and Brazil etc... Stay away from this vendor. They make money by stealing others money. They have a pending complaint submitted to the States Attorney Office of Fl. And a civil suit.
