Ripoff, unauthorized withdrawal from account, nondisclosure of price of products

I ordered the aloe skin recovery off of an infomercial. When the order was placed I was told there would be two payments of $29.99. I agreed to this term.

On 3/24 my account was charged $81.75 from this company. I thought to myself the shipping was rather high, but they had made a mistake and taken the amount all at once. No problem.

On April 25 another $59.90 was taken out of my account! I called the number on the account and was informed that I had received more than I had ordered and that this was the actual bill.

The day I ordered the product, they had asked me several questions about wanting to be placed on an automatic ordering system and I declined. The sales person asked me several questions and I distinctly declined them all. How could I have received more product than I ordered?

Of course, the thirty day money back guarantee time has lapsed, prior to the second "installment" being taken out of the account. The company rep I spoke to, Ribkah, informed me that the $59.90 would be the last payment.

I informed her that it definitely would be, because I had no intention of ordering anything through their company again.
