Orange County Transportation Department, O.C.P.S. Ripoff of Employee's Wages for Time Worked

Transportation Employees are being docked time worked on their pay checks and have no idea it has happened until 2-3 weeks later. We fill out hard copies of route times worked in addition to clocking in and out twice a-day (shows lack of trust). If the time clock MISSED the punch or the phones don't WORK... Well you won't get paid and no one will bother to let you in on the secret. This is not fair they know you were there caused the kids magically get to school or home, but where does the money go? How many people don't get their's? We now have lots of "Managers" def; see that a job is done. With helpers def; unknown, cause they don't put your paper work in your mailboxes. They sit ther and call everyone to come-and-get-it. Of course on your time, but check your boxes daily! Please stop stealing services.
