North West Glass Art Ripoff Haven't sent items yet and I ordered them over 2 weeks ago No response to emails

I have ordered 2 items from this site two weeks ago. The items havent been sent out yet, and on the website, it says all orders are shipped out and recieved in "AT LEAST 7 DAYS". Also, I have sent NUMEROUS emails, and they havent even responded to one.

My friend also ordered an item from this site, and they sent her the wrong one.
