NACS, (National Associated Credit Services Freedom ripoff and stealing money from family, hiding behind an attorney by the name of Sean Kelly

NACS (Nat'l Association Credit Services) OR (National Associated Credit Services) OR (Nat'l Association Consumer Services) is currently owned by Steven Raykher. He and some affiliates (including Erika Bredeson) own several telemarketing and other 'firms' that sell and promote deceptive product.

Other names include LGS (Liberty Group Services) which offers a Liberty Merchants OR Liberty Classic Card good for ONLY catalogs. AND Cycle Sisters, Inc., Cycle Sisters Magazine, CycleSisters.com, direct ownership of Steven Raykher and Erika Bredeson.

I have made complaints to the Better Business Bureau, Usa Consumer Complaints.com, usacomplaints.com, and the Attorney Generals of Florida; Steven Raykher and Erika Bredeson now continues to move locations as well as change companies name.

Steven Raykher & Erika Bredeson hired a team of professionals to develop a new business called Cycle Sisters, Inc., Cycle Sisters Magazine, CycleSister.com. Contracted to have them fully design, develop and implement this company and in return compensate them for their time. Within this process, both Steven Raykher and Erika Bredeson (President Financial Backer) did not pay any of the help what was owed and disintegrated the company without paying anyone involved and is now setting up a new operation under a similar name with all material/tools/designs/development and implementation that myself and others put towards the magazine!

This not only took money out of families, but put people out of jobs and in a state of almost bankcruptcy! Both Steven Raykher and Erika Bredeson are now hiding behind an attorney by the name of Sean Kelly, which as I understand is Steven Raykhers Business Attorney for all businesses he's involved with (if anyone would like phone numbers, etc... Please contact me) and have denied any attempt to compensate those who developed this company. After multiple up on multiple attempts to collect this compensation, I have to bring this to another level. This claim is for thousands and thousands of dollars that has been taken from the families of the people/employees involved and I myself will not let this happen for myself, my family and my rights as an employee.

If anyone has any advice onto which actions I should take next, please contact me or reply to this post. I will contact the wage & commissions board, attorney generals office, labor board, better business bureau, and any other form to collect my/our compensation!
