Ripoff I have information and I think it will help all of us

I am the person just below from Redford, MI.

I started doing some research because I was getting the
non-response from all of their communications sources.

I discovered that the real name of the company is Tactica. The home office is is:

Yes, I did get right through (they were not pleased)

I spoke to the manager of the customer relations division (Judy)

I let her have it... She never said a word... I told her about all of the complaints on this site as well as the fact that the customer service phones, E-mail, and fax #s on their web site are worthless. I related all of the problems that all of us are having... She made no replaty regarding the charges... She told me that they would refund my money and I would receive a check by the 28th of this month (april).

I also informed her that I had filed complaints with several Federal and State consumer department as well as the Federal Trade Commission.

And if I didn't receive my refund by the date quoted, I would continue proceedings.

The way I stumbled onto this information is public domaine on the internet... Sorry I don't have the exact web address but you will be able to find it... Look under Tactica International Inc.

There is a Federal case pending against them and and all of the information is on the web.
