Kuhns bros. Log homes, inc north carolina forced us to resign

I was hired to work for kuhns bros. Log homes, in mebane, north carolina (they are based out of louisburg, pa) inc. And they have an excellent product.

My problem was not with kuhns bros per say in the beginning, but as i received no support from corp with the problem, i am making an attempt here for it to be known.

I was a sales rep and doing very well, the manager allan wineholt saw fit to force two of us to resign, based on lies in two totally separate incidents.

He lies to customers and employees. This was a ploy to get two of his friends into sales.

I have kept in touch with what is going on through a very reliable source.

He also promised i would receive my commisions off of the sales i had made.

I can not get allan wineholt to respond, he only said i had to get in touch with corp, which they will not answer my letters or e-mails.

I requested a letter documenting my termination for a charge card i have protection on, they will not even respond.

I am a christian, and although i have decided to turn it over to god, i still want people aware of this.

They could not get rid of me for doing a good job, but in north carolina the law allows you to be terminated with no reason or any reason. This is a sad thing.

The problem is now there are so many people laid off from jobs here, finding another one is very haalan wineholt told me to tell unemplooyment it was a layoff due to dwonsizing, which was a lie, because they hired two more to replace us.

I feel this is total injustice, and hope to prevent anyone else from going through this or being used by this company to only be discarded.

I am out 10,000.00 just in commisions and lost salary of $ 600 a week.

My lively hood has been stolen from me. Other incidents by other employess, such as sexual harrasment and such, were dismissed and swept under the rug.
